Privacy Policy

Website scans

We use the URL you submit to request that public page and a limited set of public resources. The target website receives network requests from our hosting infrastructure. Domain names are checked through Cloudflare DNS-over-HTTPS. Do not submit passwords, secret tokens, personal information or private links.

Scan results and URLs may be cached for up to five minutes. We do not intentionally store scan URLs or page contents in the analytics database. Hosting providers may process request URLs, IP addresses and operational logs for delivery and security. Sharing a result link includes the target URL in the link; share only URLs you intend to disclose.

Aggregate usage counts

We count page views, scan starts/completions/failures, fix views and copy actions, grouped by UTC day and a coarse source such as search or LinkedIn. We do not attach scan URLs, full referrers, email addresses, IP addresses or visitor identifiers to these counters. Counts are not unique visitors. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable these client-side counters. Blocking analytics never prevents scanning.

The application adds no analytics cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Cloudflare infrastructure may process necessary security data. The owner dashboard requires a separate administrator password; ordinary scans require no account.

Feedback

We store the message, category, timestamp and optional reply email you explicitly submit. Only the authorized site owner can access this inbox. We use it to investigate problems, improve the service and respond when appropriate. Email is optional. Do not send sensitive information.

Retention and infrastructure

Usage counters and feedback are retained for up to 90 days in the active database and removed during subsequent feedback or dashboard activity. The dashboard shows the latest 30 days of counters. Owner deletion removes feedback from the active database. Infrastructure backups and security logs may follow provider retention schedules.

We use Cloudflare Pages hosting and Cloudflare D1 database storage. Processing may occur outside your country. We do not sell personal information or use it for personalized advertising. Transient IP-based limits protect the service against abuse. We do not send scan content to paid AI APIs.

Your choices

You can scan without an account, leave out your email, disable usage counters with the browser privacy signals above, and request access or deletion via the feedback form. Include your feedback receipt ID when available, without sending identity documents. We may request enough information to verify a request. Applicable privacy rights remain available. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
